-Cocktail name: Tequila Sunrise
-Recipe: 2 cups of ice, 60 ml. of tequila, orange juice, 15 ml. of grenadine, 1 orange slice – Place the ice in the glass and add the tequila of your choice, finish filling the glass with orange juice and then add the grenadine. Decorate with a slice of orange.

• Live Aqua Beach Resort Cancun
-Cocktail name: Arriba Guadalajara
-Recipe: 2 oz. evaporated milk, 2 scoops of vanilla ice cream, and 2 oz. agave tequila. All ingredients are poured into the blender with ice to serve as a frozen drink. Serve in a pinot glass with blackberries and decorated with pineapple leaf and raspberry.
• Fiesta Americana Condesa Cancún All-Inclusive
-Cocktail name: Tamarita
-Recipe: 1 oz. Tequila reposado, 1 oz. orange liquor, 2 oz. freshly squeezed lime juice, 2 oz. of tamarind syrup, 1 tablespoon of piquin powdered chile, 1 tablespoon of salt, 1 cup of ice, 1 beverage shaker – First, begin by frosting a glass with the piquin powered chile and salt and add the ice and place to the side. In the shaker, add the tequila, orange liquor, lemon juice, tamarind syrup, a pinch of salt and some ice cubes. Shake perfectly for about 15 seconds until all the ingredients are perfectly blended. Pour the liquid into the frosted glass.

• Grand Solmar at Rancho San Lucas
-Cocktail name: Spicy Agave
-Recipe: 1 ½ of Tequila, 1 oz of orange juice, 1 oz of pineapple juice, 1 oz of lime juice, 1 oz of grapefruit juice, 1 oz of chile ancho and Mexican molasses syrup, salt – In the shaker, add ice, tequila, orange juice, pineapple juice, lime juice, grapefruit juice, chile ancho and Mexican molasses syrup and shake it. Pour on an old-fashioned glass with ice, garnish with red dry pepper on top of it.

-Cocktail name: Margarita Seadust
-Recipe: 2 oz. of tequila reposado, ¼ oz. of Blue Curacao, 1 ½ o of Triple Sec, 1 oz. of lime juice, 1 oz. of pineapple juice, 10 small cubes of grilled pineapple, 4 ¼ of a lime – Shake all ingredients together. Fill glass with ice. Rim glass with salt and garnish with lime and pineapple.
• Hotel Xcaret Mexico
-Cocktail name: Mexique
-Recipe: 1 ½ oz Santanera Organic Tequila, ½ oz of Damiana liqueur, 1 oz of lime juice, 1 oz of natural syrup. Mix all ingredients in the shaker with ice. Strain into Martini glass and finish with Grand Marnier foam and Bitters. Top foam with dash of Chile Poblano and garnish with an orange twist.
