Los Cabos is known for its amazing hotels, and one of the newest, Corazon Cabo Resort & Spa, is a decidedly picturesque place to stay, as I show in my latest unfiltered Mexico hotel video tour.
My full Corazon Cabo hotel review will soon be published in TravelAge West, but for now, I want to share some of my own personal thoughts about this new Los Cabos hotel and also show the video tour, to give you an inside peek at the hotel rooms, restaurants and amazing hotel views.
Here are some of the things I loved about the Corazon Cabo Resort & Spa:
The views: A lot of hotels in Los Cabos offer memorable views, but Corazon Cabo Resort & Spa offers some of the best I’ve ever seen — especially from the rooftop pool, bars and restaurant. You can admire the iconic rock formations, some lovely sunrises and sunsets. Your camera will certainly get a workout here, and the rooftops are excellent for Instagram travel photos, too.

The location: Many Los Cabos hotels in Los Cabos are rather isolated, offering havens of relaxation in remote locations where the troubles of the world are far away. That’s fine. But personally, I love staying in hotels like Corazon Cabo Resort & Spa, where you can actually walk to restaurants, bars, shopping and even the popular Cabo San Lucas marina, a departure point for yacht and boating excursions.
The beach: You may be staying at a waterfront hotel in Los Cabos, but you’re not always staying on a swimmable beach. In fact, many hotels don’t offer swimmable beaches in Los Cabos. Well, Corazon Cabo does; it sits right on Medano Beach, a wonderful place to take a dip. And the beach club offers lots of comfy places to relax and spend a day on the sand. If you’re looking for a Mexico beach vacation, this is a pretty good place to start.

In my unfiltered Los Cabos hotel review travel video, I show a guest room, the hotel pools, and the amazing hotel rooftop pool and lounge. I also show a bit from my Los Cabos yacht excursion, which is easy to arrange from Corazón Cabo since it’s walking distance to the Cabo San Lucas Marina.
One thing to note: Corazon Cabo Resort & Spa is a European plan hotel, which means that it’s not all-inclusive. You pay for whatever you wish to eat or drink at this Cabo San Lucas hotel — and the beauty of this is that it offers you the freedom to take advantage of the hotel’s central location, so you can walk to nearby restaurants and bars (we had an especially tasty breakfast one morning at a beachfront restaurant called The Office).
There are many things to do in Cabo San Lucas, and Corazon Cabo Resort & Spa is an ideal option if you’re looking for a Mexico beach vacation in Los Cabos, at a European plan hotel with a central location that makes it easy to explore Los Cabos and make the most of your time there.
